Travel Review: Mykonos

Mykonos

..it was love at first sight.
Since I have seen a post of Chiara Ferragni ( http://www.theblondesalad.com ) I was mad about this place
and I knew: I have to get there as soon as possible.
Finally two years later we packed our summer staff and flew to this Greek paradise.

For our accomodation we choose the „Saint John Hotel Villas & SPA“
I will tell you more about this Hotel in another post I will public soon.

Mykonos is a very small Island in the Cyclades, where you can reach every village easily with the bus, taxi or scooter. We stayed in Agios Ioannis, just 3km from Chora (Mykonos Town) and went there everytime with the taxi ( private or with Hotel shuttle ).

The Hotel we booked with breakfast, because we prefer to explore restaurants and eat in town.
Chora is (in summer) a very busy place, where lots of tourists enjoy the Island. The town’s landmark are the beautiful windmils. Of course I also had to take a photo there 😉

Mykonos is an expesive place where you will have a fantastic and unfogettable time. I can recommend this place 100% to everybody who loves good restaurants, luxury Hotels and unique places. We will be back for sure!

On our last day we went to „Nammos Beach“: We had a small lunch there and celebrated our last day with a lot of champagne and new friends 🙂
