Spa Day

What’s better on a cold and rainy autumn day than having a spa day with your mommy? Nothing, right 🙂 !
The Wellness area of the Hotel Hoferwirt in Neustift was just newly built one year before and we were already excited to try it.
The first Impression was very good: when entering there is a nice anteroom with a seating area and a small buffet with different tea choices, fresh water, various fruits, healthy nuts and a home-made cake. Just next to it there is the new highlight of the Hoferwirt: a stone pine relaxation room. When you enter you already inhale the healthy and very trendy stone pine. There are different relaxation chairs, divan beds and a cockle stove. Pure regeneration!

But that’s not all. Of course we also tried the different saunas (3 in total + an infrared cabine). We especially loved the herbal steam bath.

Dinner Night

Maybe some of you already know from my instagram account (blondeamb) that I love to explore good restaurants and hotels. The Hotel Hoferwirt in Neustift I already know since years. It is a very traditional hotel with Tyrolean elements and also Tyrolean cuisine. Nowadays you will find nearly every kind of restaurant in Tyrol and sometimes you just want to get traditional Tyrolean food like dumplings, spaetzle, kiachl and and and.

At the Hotel Hoferwirt you will get all this specialities and they are all home-made (gnooom!) Also the design is kept in Tyrolean style: a lot of wooden elements, typical, comfortable „Stuben“.

My mom had choosen a fried „Bachforelle“ (trout) from there own breeding. I took „Spinach Schlutzkrapfen“ – a very traditional dish here. Both was really tasty and delicious – the portion was just perfect for us. For the dessert we took „Blaubeernocken“, again a Tyrolean dish, and it was just the highlight of my day 🙂 (I could nearly die for Desserts)

We had a fantastic evening at a great atmosphere with very friendly and helpful staff.
If you will ever stay at the Stubai Valley I can recommend to have dinner here once – you will not regret it!
